We try to help our clients in two phases:

Phase One: Short Term Social Media Management

This is where we generally like to operate. We meet with the client/s and discuss desired goals, we take over all the linked Social Media accounts and revise them for their End User functionality. We revise all the information on these platforms to ensure they carry the correct information. We conduct research into target markets and review competitor presence. We then present campaign proposals to the client.

Phase One for us is more about getting the client setup and ready, after a few months we hand over all the accounts, usually after some training with the client.

Phase Two: Extended Social Media Managment

We do everything as stated above, the big difference here is that the client wants their Social media managed from top to bottom. We apply more analytics in this instance since we have a timeline to draw information from. We usually work towards improving SEO and monitoring the ROI on paid campaigns, but we also manage the Community.

WHAT ABOUT THE DIGITAL ASPECT?

At KRM we believe that Social & Digital Marketing are very similar, just with a few differences.
